When you submit our lead form, chat with HVAC Dan, or request a callback, we collect the info you give us — name, phone, ZIP code, city, and any notes about your HVAC issue. Our server also logs your IP address and browser info for security and analytics.
We use your info to connect you with your city's vetted All Star Pro. That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside our vetted contractor network. Our chat with HVAC Dan sends messages to Anthropic's Claude API for the AI response — see Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
When you submit a form, you agree to be contacted by phone or text about your HVAC needs. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP to any message, or emailing [email protected].
We use minimal essential cookies for session and basic analytics. No third-party ad-tracking cookies.
